About the Role

US Fertility is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day personnel operations for the Practice. The successful candidate will handle confidential information in a secure and professional manner, ensuring compliance with personnel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process for the Practice, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and hire top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Operations: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, handling tasks such as benefits administration, policy development, and compliance training.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee requests and concerns regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate new employee orientation and other employee-based training sessions, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of computer software, including MS Office and Windows, and basic computer skills; previous experience with HRIS and Payroll systems a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public.
  • Interpersonal: High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
