About the Role

Rose Financial Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension. You will also provide administrative support to our office, including coordinating meetings, events, and catering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and extend offers to qualified candidates
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, events, and catering; maintain office inventory; and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage personal and leadership time effectively when scheduling interviews
