Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Sparks Group is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support our company in Northern Montgomery County. This is a Direct Hire position and 100% on-site.

Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. You will oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • HR Consulting: Provide expert guidance to management on human resources-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's culture and processes.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying current with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication among employees and management, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Policy Guidance: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar, strong recruiting experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, employee development, and performance management.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
