Position Summary

The primary goal of this role is to discover, evaluate, interview, and place qualified candidates to fulfill our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement targeted recruiting strategies to locate qualified candidates using various recruitment tools.
  • Leverage job boards, referrals, networking, and other resources for candidate sourcing.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing candidates for video interviews.
  • Align candidates' skills with client requirements through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Negotiate employment offers and secure candidate commitments for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to grasp job order specifications.
  • Foster effective communication and embrace diverse perspectives to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain industry relationships to deliver exceptional customer service, gain insights, and obtain referrals.
  • Participate in events, conduct candidate interviews, and engage in team-building activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, or business is preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Previous work experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in work, academics, or extracurricular activities.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to invest extra time when necessary.
  • Availability to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
