Position Summary

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to fulfill client needs. This position requires a proactive approach to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using various sourcing tools.
  • Leverage job boards, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing candidates for video interviews.
  • Align candidates' qualifications with client job requirements through effective screening and interviewing.
  • Negotiate employment offers and secure candidate commitments for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to gain a clear understanding of job order specifications.
  • Foster effective communication and embrace diverse perspectives to enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain industry relationships to provide exceptional service, gather insights, and obtain referrals.
  • Participate in events, conduct interviews, and engage in team-building initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, or business preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant work experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or service-oriented positions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic, or extracurricular settings.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to invest extra time when necessary.
  • Availability to work onsite a few days per week.
