The Lead Technical Recruiter at NexTech is responsible for overseeing and directing the recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent. This position guarantees a streamlined and effective hiring process through innovative sourcing techniques, meticulous data management, and ongoing enhancements to recruitment practices. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members to elevate overall recruitment proficiency. With a profound understanding of technology roles and technical frameworks, the Lead Technical Recruiter excels in sourcing candidates for specialized positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment and Sourcing: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies. Ensure the delivery of diverse and qualified candidate pools. Conduct regular follow-ups to align staffing initiatives with organizational objectives. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies while maintaining robust stakeholder engagement to meet business goals. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Technology Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of technology roles and technical frameworks, facilitating effective recruitment for specialized positions.
  • Data Management: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools to ensure precise and thorough documentation of all recruitment activities and employment decisions. Provide updates on candidate pipelines, conversion metrics, and adhere to recruitment KPIs.
  • Leadership and Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, technology utilization, and process enhancements. Mentor and support team members to foster their professional growth and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Offer Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating complex employment offers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both candidates and the organization.
  • Talent Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including personal connections, industry associations, educational institutions, and social media.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring positive interactions at every stage.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications or Human Resources.

Experience Requirements

4-6 years of relevant experience.
