Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Account Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex problems, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. As an Account Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing benefit strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management - You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Benefit Strategy Development - You will work closely with clients to design and implement benefit strategies that align with their business objectives and employee needs.
  • Communication and Education - You will provide clear and concise communication to clients, explaining complex benefit concepts and ensuring they understand their options.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - You will analyze data and identify trends to inform benefit decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork - You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, human resources) preferred.
  • Experience - 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and employee benefits administration software.
