About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at YourStake. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by focusing on sales to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to RIAs and introduce them to our platform, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with YourStake.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our platform can add value to their business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies and campaigns, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Travel to industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote our offerings, building strong relationships and establishing YourStake as a thought leader in the RIA space.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company and driving business success.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success with our platform.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience serving the wealth management industry, specifically in a sales role with Advisors.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to RIAs or other financial institutions.
  • Outgoing, people-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA landscape and the unique challenges they face.
  • Ability to travel frequently to attend industry conferences and events, meeting with prospective clients and promoting our offerings.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
