Job Description

Acrilex Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive company revenue by presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Sales: Present our products and services to new and existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Prospect and contact potential customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by the deadline, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Sales Materials: Create and present sales materials to customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Credentials: Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and meet deadlines.
