About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Coast. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial fleets and businesses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with 3 years of full sales cycle experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of fleet and trade organizations is a plus
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 annually
  • Uncapped performance bonus: $60,000 annually at goal
