Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management and production related to The Snow League's marketing, event, content, and partnerships deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage schedules for the development, design, routing, revisions, production, and fulfillment of various projects.
  • Ensure that budget parameters are clear and adhered to throughout all phases of the project.
  • Build project timelines estimating appropriate time needed for concepting, brief approval, design, revisions, production, and delivery.
  • Establish and govern standardized processes, systems, and tools to ensure transparency, organization, and operational efficiency as it pertains to file management, project flow, resource allocation, bandwidth, and output.
  • Act as a communication hub - both internal and external - throughout all phases of the project.
  • Serve as the liaison between the internal stakeholder/project owner and the design team as well as the main point of contact for all outside production vendors.
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with a network of vendors across many disciplines to ensure that work is being awarded with the highest return on investment.
  • Vendor relationships to include large format printers and sign/graphics shops, premiums, structures, specialized trades, installation, and design/production agencies.
  • Act as the main point of contact with external vendors and agencies handling bidding, awarding, and project execution.
  • Initiate, develop, and manage yearly project plans.
  • QC all outgoing projects to ensure that information is accurate, and mandatories have been met.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, and timelines, and effectively delivering solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience with project management software/platforms and the ability to review and recommend their use.
  • Adaptability and professionalism.
  • Skilled in helping team and partners be mutually successful by keeping projects on track.
  • Strong organizational skills, including file management and archiving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, especially those focused on resource and time management.
  • Ability to build trust and respect among colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize information for executive review and decision-making.
