Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between clients, account managers, designers, and the production team during the sales process.

• Handle customer inquiries and requests, gathering and organizing necessary information and specifications, and perform basic estimating tasks after training.

• Generate quotes or proposals, verify details upon receiving orders, and create work orders.

• Engage with clients, vendors, and production personnel to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

• Share designs with clients and secure all necessary approvals throughout the design phase.

• Conduct thorough reviews of designs for any errors or issues prior to production.

• Once client approvals are secured, initiate production and perform quality control checks upon completion as required.

• Undertake additional duties as necessary within the Signs & Graphics division.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in large format sign printing is highly desirable.

• Ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with Adobe Suite and other graphic design applications is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial for handling multiple projects efficiently.

• Must be proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients, vendors, management, and team members.

• Consistent follow-through is required to manage communications and ensure project accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are important.

• Must possess a calm demeanor under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

• Extended screen time.

• Fine motor skills for keyboarding and handling materials, samples, and documentation.

• Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to differentiate colors and shades.
