Role Purpose

The Property Management Systems Support Associate is responsible for maintaining existing support systems and delivering tier 1 assistance. This role ensures the effective provision of support services as outlined in the responsibilities. Additionally, the associate will collaborate closely with marketing, support teams, external departments, and remote locations to guarantee the proper functioning of systems.

Key Responsibilities

The Property Management Systems Support Associate will assist the Director of Implementation and Support Services in all facets of the current software, including setup, daily operations, troubleshooting, and training.

Software Support Platforms:
  • Address user inquiries and concerns while promoting the efficient use of RealPage Leasing & Rents, Yardi, and Entrata Core.
  • Ensure compliance among on-site property teams with RealPage, Yardi, and/or Entrata processes and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison for internal customers, reviewing and escalating PMS support requests to the appropriate support teams.
  • Design training materials and agendas to facilitate ongoing education regarding software updates and new modules.
  • Ensure data integrity so that reports generated reflect the most current information.
  • Review and update existing integrations for teams.
  • Understand current interface states and their applications.
  • Conduct system evaluations and provide insights on best practices.

Implementation Duties
  • Assist in the onboarding of new properties into RealPage, Yardi, and Entrata for new developments, acquisitions, and management transfers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new properties, including regular check-ins with key team members to ensure project completion.
  • Establish BlueMoon credentials for sites.
  • Configure default Lease Contracts and DocManagement settings.
  • Complete custom forms for CRM and Resident Portals and provide necessary training.
  • Grant access to third-party applications for site and marketplace integrations.
  • Set up Answering Services and Messages on Hold.
  • Create new communities with Resident Interfaces.
Qualifications
  • Experience with RealPage, Yardi, and Entrata is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in property management is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience with property management software systems is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in working with third-party property management software (PMS).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, proven experience in the following areas is necessary:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task completion.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
    • Capability to work independently with a high degree of discretion and judgment.
  • Some travel may be required.
