Position Overview:
Sweve Tech LTD is in search of a proficient Power Systems Engineer to enhance our innovative team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering technical knowledge and field assistance, ensuring the dependable operation, upkeep, and restoration of Sweve Tech's offerings.

This position necessitates extensive travel and close cooperation with clients, suppliers, and various engineering divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Service and Technical Assistance:

  • Provide on-site service at client locations within the assigned region and across other areas of the United States.
  • Conduct on-site technical training for clients regarding the operation, maintenance, and repair of Sweve Tech products.

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment availability, ensuring alignment with client production timelines and equipment standards.

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Address inquiries from both internal and external clients, delivering prompt technical solutions.
  • Internal clients encompass Sweve Tech LTD's teams, staff, suppliers, subsidiary companies, and branches. External clients include any Sweve Tech LTD customer.

Collaboration and Departmental Representation:

  • Represent the Engineering department in cross-departmental meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams and technicians at client and supplier locations.
  • Work alongside the Sales team and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Project Oversight and Engineering Tasks:

  • Monitor project advancement to guarantee compliance with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Undertake independent engineering assignments, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project goals.

Travel Requirements:

  • Engage in regular travel to external laboratories, client sites, supplier facilities, and vendor locations as necessary.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, with up to 20% travel, including visits to multiple locations to support project development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role with hands-on field service experience.
  • Strong comprehension of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to produce detailed technical documentation.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Minimum Requirements

The Power Systems Engineer must fulfill the following minimum criteria:

This is a remote position. Local candidates will have the option to work in the office, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Proficient in REVIT

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in delivering technical training and client support.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures in industrial environments.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
