Position Overview
As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on power conversion systems. Your expertise will be essential in conducting installations, performing functional assessments, and troubleshooting electrical issues. You will engage with various components such as wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, capacitors, and PCBs. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively, with all travel expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing power conversion systems.
2. Conducting functional assessments to verify optimal equipment performance.
3. Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues through troubleshooting.
4. Managing wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, capacitors, and PCBs.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
6. Traveling to various sites to provide engineering support.
7. Offering technical training and mentorship to junior engineers.
8. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
9. Documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
10. Keeping abreast of industry advancements and trends.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:

1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of power conversion systems, including installation and testing.
4. Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and component management.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Willingness to travel frequently.
9. Familiarity with AC and DC power systems.
10. A valid driver's license and passport.
11. Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment.
