About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the California Poison Control System's Central Office, working closely with the Executive Director, Business Operations Director, and IT Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the Central Office team
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases

Requirements
