Senior Director of Human Resources

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that aligns with our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Christ-centered leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring excellence in talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve HR objectives, focusing on ongoing improvements and adopting best practices.
- Partner with the CPO to define the HR vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with CRISTA's strategic objectives.
- Lead the HR team to achieve excellence in HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational behavior/development, psychology, or related degree from an accredited college or university.
- 7+ years of human resources experience at the Director level or above, with significant experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits planning and administration, leadership development, etc.
- Certificate in Human Resources Management from an accredited institution and/or PHR.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, staff, and customers.
- 10+ years at the Director level or above, with significant experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits planning and administration, leadership development, etc.
