Job Summary

The Senior Director of Human Resources is a key member of the MSR Collective team, responsible for overseeing the global human resources functions of the organization. This role involves leading initiatives in human capital, organizational development, talent management, and HR policies, with a focus on branding the organization as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee and labor relations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee US labor strategy and benefits administration
  • Advise on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Lead the global HR team and ensure compliance with HR standards across international locations
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team leaders
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience in international non-profit/NGO sector
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse employee populations
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and US labor environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed
