Business Development Executive Position

Are you an accomplished sales professional with a knack for closing deals? If you are seeking a fulfilling role in outside sales with significant earning potential, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Position Overview:

  • Base salary of $50,000 plus performance-based commissions
  • Projected earnings ranging from $100,000 to $120,000

We are currently in search of a Business Development Executive to spearhead sales initiatives and attract new clientele. This role encompasses the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to finalizing agreements. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who thrives on the potential for substantial commissions and excels in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, leads, and referrals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Initiate the sales process by arranging meetings, understanding client requirements, and delivering initial presentations.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, showcasing service capabilities, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts.
  • Maintain activity standards, including a set number of prospecting calls and in-person visits weekly.
  • Ensure client and lead information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Manage and prioritize a list of key client prospects within the CRM.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years of experience in outside sales is required.
  • Prior experience in B2B outside sales is preferred.
  • Proven success in cold calling is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in territory management.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
