Job Title: Industrial Business Development Professional
Job Objective: To build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth among Industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established in consultation with management.
- Collaborate with the Reliability Service team to optimize share of wallet opportunities within the current and future customer base.
- Develop and implement account plans to maximize product and service offerings.
- Develop a healthy pipeline aligned to budgeted growth goals.
- Execute a strategic roadmap to provide a superior customer experience.
- Develop professional sales relationships with assigned Industrial Accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the lowest cost to serve and sales strategy.
- Promote company capabilities and marketing programs to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
