We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Director at RT Specialty. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in positioning RT Connector as the premier solution for digitalized insurance capacity in the US wholesale market.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Assist the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) in cultivating digital channel opportunities by assessing strategic partnership potential and analyzing key statistical measures.
- Client Feedback and Improvement: Solicit and organize stakeholder feedback to identify areas of improvement for the RT Connector platform. Assist in the development and execution of impactful measures to enhance the user experience.
- Client Support and Training: Collaborate with sales and RT Connector support teams to understand and disseminate client feedback. Act as a key escalation point for workflow and operational issues at a portfolio level.
- Carrier Projects and Relationship Building: Work at the direction of the CUO to support carrier projects and build relationships with other Ryan Specialty departments as needed.
- Platform Maintenance and Content Development: Work with the RT corporate marketing team to maintain platform content, internal and external. Ensure RT Specialty and retail agents have complete and up-to-date information.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of insurance industry experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in PPT and Excel.
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving company environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
