Sales Development Representative for Delta 8 Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at High Quality Distribution Llc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our premium Delta 8 products, and closing sales with smoke shops and distributors across the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients using provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors.
- Conduct research to discover additional leads through online resources and industry networks.
- Initial Contact:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email.
- Introduce our Delta 8 products and outline their benefits.
- Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting:
- Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share experiences and receive feedback.
Estimated Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus commission-based incentives and bonuses.
