Territory Sales Representative

We are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team at High Quality Distribution Llc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our premium Delta 8 products and closing sales with smoke shops and distributors across the United States.
About the Job:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and closing sales. You will also need to submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager and participate in weekly team meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors to identify potential clients.
- Conduct research to discover additional leads through online resources and industry networks.
- Initial Contact:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email.
- Introduce our Delta 8 products and outline their benefits.
- Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting:
- Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share experiences and receive feedback.
Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus commission-based incentives and bonuses.
