About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily quality assurance inspections to ensure work meets our high standards
  • Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance
  • Coordinate and assist with room transfers in healthcare areas
  • Coordinate spring cleaning projects and ensure all department team members have completed training on equipment, chemicals, and community policies
  • Monitor supplies and equipment used in daily operations and conduct monthly inventories

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • State-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
