About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Expert to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, checking them in and out of the hotel in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand guest requests, and respond with appropriate action.
  • Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from our system, confirming guest reservation details.
  • Make accurate selections of rooms based on guest needs, code electronic keys, and provide welcome letters and key packets.
  • Verify and receive authorization for credit cards, handle cash, and make change as received.
  • Promptly answer guest incoming calls, input comments into the reservations as needed, and retrieve messages and communicate their content to the guest.
  • Ensure accurate closeout of guest accounts at time of departure, and negotiate compromises in the event of dissatisfaction.
  • Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions and negotiate results.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience with hotel front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for guest services.
  • Hilton brand experience is preferred.
