Internship Summary:
We are on the lookout for a driven Communications undergraduate intern for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity is tailored for students pursuing degrees in Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines, with an expected graduation in the near future. The intern will collaborate closely with our leadership team, acquiring practical experience in managing vital internal and external communications that support our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Engagement: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and oversight of content for our social media channels to boost brand visibility and interaction.
  • Internal Communication Support: Aid in the crafting and dissemination of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to ensure team alignment.
  • Press Release Contributions: Participate in drafting and refining press releases to communicate significant company achievements, partnerships, and project updates.
  • Content Development: Help produce written and visual materials that effectively convey our mission and project progress to diverse audiences.
  • Event Communication Coordination: Support the planning of communication strategies for various events, including meetings, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Brand Messaging Consistency: Ensure all communications align with Linea Energy's branding guidelines and accurately reflect our core messages.

Qualifications:

  • Current junior or senior majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with plans to graduate soon.
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities, along with a solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
  • Prior internship experience in a communications-related capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Willingness to work in person for the duration of the internship.
