Role Overview:

As the Client Services Navigator, you will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources. Collaborating with all GSUL departments, you will coordinate services, gather client feedback, and manage referrals to external organizations. Your contributions will be essential in helping clients navigate challenges related to workforce, housing, and health services, ultimately empowering them for sustained success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Follow-Up & Feedback: Engage with clients after service delivery to evaluate satisfaction and identify further needs, utilizing feedback to improve service quality.
  • Transition & Referral Management: Facilitate smooth transitions for clients from GSUL services to external agencies, providing continued support as necessary.
  • Workforce Development Support: Connect with former program participants, assist with intake processes, and monitor candidate progress.
  • Community Engagement: Explore the community for new resources, strengthen partnerships, and reconnect with inactive clients.
  • Health & Quality of Life Support: Offer additional information and referrals for clients involved in health-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status or applicable exemption is required.
