Position Overview

The Client Services Coordinator, or CSC, will assist in the management of shop operations through prompt customer interactions and scheduling, inventory procurement and management, follow-up on repairs, and maintenance documentation. In this position, you will gain valuable industry insights, skills, and resources to enhance your operations and fleet maintenance expertise. Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $24.85.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the quality and consistency of customer communications to meet expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct customer interface, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Workflow Optimization: Improve branch productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
  • Repair Order Management: Create tasks and update work planning sheets.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Review reports to schedule preventative maintenance and follow-ups.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external repair vendors and customers.
  • Parts Management: Execute inventory management processes, including ordering and stocking.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming shop calls and perform clerical duties.

Additional Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of three years of customer service experience with issue resolution.
