Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Sales Team Leader to join our team at Think Tank LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve high performance and meet enrollment targets for our broadband internet and streaming services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Management: Actively recruit and maintain a minimum of 5 sales representatives. Develop strategies to attract top sales talent and build a robust sales team. Manage and support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet enrollment targets.
  • Training and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance. Ensure all sales representatives adhere to BroadBolt's policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Location Management: Identify and secure strategic locations for sales operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments in all US Cities, Regions, and States. Coordinate with local businesses, community centers, and event organizers to establish sales and enrollment venues.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements to management.
