About Victaulic

Victaulic, the industry leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our outside sales team. Our company has been growing its business since 1919, and we continue to expand our presence in the market.

Salary

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an incentive compensation plan, company automobile, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plans.

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can develop relationships with customers, educate them about our products, and influence their purchasing decisions. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing all phases of project pursuit and project management to secure purchase orders from project inception through design, specifications, drawings, bidding phase, job site training, and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous sales experience selling value-added products or services, preferably related to the commercial construction industry or PVF industry
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales and a history of developing and nurturing long-standing relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creative thinking
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
