Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Safe-Way Garage Doors | 1st United Door Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS WHILE IDENTIFYING NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE REGIONAL SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET OR EXCEED SALES TARGETS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH THE VP OF SALES & MARKETING TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SALES INITIATIVES.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience in the building materials sector, with garage door industry knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
