Safety Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Adams Limitless Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the construction safety industry by being the go-to expert on-site.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the safety industry, and be bilingual in Spanish. They will be responsible for building relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and creating safer job sites.
- This role offers a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus uncapped commission up to 6% on all deals. Your hard work will be rewarded with no limits.
- You will have ownership of your territory with an annual quota of $1M and average POs between $20K - $40K, giving you the freedom to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be a champion for safety, helping clients create safer job sites and being a critical part of the team ensuring lives and livelihoods are protected.
Requirements- 4+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience closing deals and developing client relationships.
- Bilingual (Spanish Preferred): Ability to connect with Spanish-speaking clients is a huge plus.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and capable with both written and verbal skills.
- Self-Driven & Energetic: Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Comfortable adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and online project tracking.
- Physically Ready for the Job: Willing to climb ladders on commercial sites – safety first.
