Job Overview

Safe-Way Garage Doors | 1st United Door Technologies is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Eastern region. This key role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales acumen and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND ONBOARD NEW ONES TO INCREASE SALES.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Sales & Marketing to devise and implement effective sales initiatives.
  • Spearhead aggressive prospecting plans to uncover new sales opportunities and increase market share.
  • Generate leads via personal research and networking efforts.
  • Build strategies to achieve regional sales goals and ensure consistent success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the building materials sector; garage door industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferred experience in Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be open to traveling for customer sales meetings, trade shows, and product demos.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ideal candidate would have 2+ years' experience as an outside sales team member in the garage door industry or building materials sector.
