Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at the Oklahoma District Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales objectives and enhance performance
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events to build relationships and generate leads
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for using social media platforms to identify and engage with potential customers
  • Pursue high-value sales opportunities and work closely with the sales team to close deals
  • Prospect leads through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
Requirements:
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to enter information into client databases
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with a strong orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable
