Position Summary:

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales process by generating new business opportunities through various communication channels, including phone and email.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process by tracking open orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Determine product pricing by consulting pricing matrices and complex tables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance sales through a deep understanding of product offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in the absence of outside sales personnel.
  • Conduct estimating, take-off, and proposal tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
