Job Summary

Mears Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Projects Division, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control plans.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor electrical project engineers, technicians, and other support staff to ensure project success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions to ensure project progress and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and other project management software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
