Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level electrical project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred but not required.
