Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various project locations as required.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily tasks of job teams.
  • Recruit, train, and, if necessary, terminate employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract details to ensure precision.
  • Participate in and contribute to coordination meetings.
  • Monitor and document project advancements, generating RFIs and other necessary communications.
  • Ensure adherence to National Electrical Codes and safety regulations.
  • Procure materials, manage tool inventory, and maintain job site cleanliness.
  • Track and authorize employee work hours.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Significant experience in the industrial electrical sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in varied work settings.
  • Familiarity with NEC, OSHA safety standards, and L.O.T.O policies.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Practical experience with the installation and troubleshooting of PLCs, AC/DC drives, and motor control systems.
  • Capability to work in diverse weather conditions and at elevated heights.
