Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Analyst I at Paycom Online, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software systems. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and users of our hardware and software systems.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity, hardware, and software.
Collaborate with senior analysts to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, technical procedures, and training materials.
Assist in the creation of training programs and materials to support the onboarding of new employees and the development of existing staff.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management to ensure seamless technical support and issue resolution.
Participate in meetings and committees as required to contribute to the development of technical strategies and policies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve technical processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration, computer operations, and maintenance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate critical systems and prioritize workflow.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and coworkers.
