Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Company. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure new computer systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
