Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Cell Phone Repair. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by delivering exceptional customer service and managing the front-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage the front-end of the store, including cleaning, restocking inventory, and maintaining a positive store environment.
- Work closely with the technical team to address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales trends, repair data, and warranty performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows to optimize store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set revenue goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Provide estimates and quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, employee supervision, and customer relations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic understanding of technical terminology and ability to learn about our products and services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
