Optical Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Work directly with customers to understand their eyewear needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends and products, and use your expertise to educate customers on the benefits of different frames and lenses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and a positive in-store experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
- Experience: Previous experience in the eyewear industry, preferably in a retail or optical setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: A passion for the eyewear industry, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
