Overview of the Role:

As a Customer Care Associate, you will deliver essential technical support and guidance to clients through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries regarding products and services, encompassing installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and courteously.
  • Offer preventive maintenance and configuration advice to customers.
  • Document and manage customer requests appropriately.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate support teams.
  • Provide accurate technical and product-related information to customers.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer complaints, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
  • Consistently follow up with customers as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback in an open and non-judgmental manner.
  • Effectively communicate customer issues and feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Document all support interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, in the customer database.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage assigned tickets and correspondence.
  • Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
  • Prepare necessary correspondence for the company ticketing system.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in technical support.
  • Basic understanding of the organization's products and services.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to obtain Orion Industry Certification.
  • Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is approximately $24.46 per hour. This figure represents the estimated pay at the time of this posting and may vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
