Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and review procurement documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and contract records, ensuring seamless tracking and management.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolutions.
  • Assist with matters related to minority and women-owned businesses, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Utilize SAP Procure-to-Pay module for contract management, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Analyze procurement trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain procurement and contract databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in various procurement and contract matters, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and word processing, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Good at establishing working relationships, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Capable of handling confidential information, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay module is a plus, with experience in contract management and procurement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant academic training, or transferrable skills, with a minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Master's degree is advantageous, with a strong background in business administration or a related field.
