Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to lead our global procurement team and oversee all company negotiations and procurement agreements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement outcomes, aligning with business objectives.
  • Embed a positive and flexible work culture, promoting collaboration and innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • Self-driven and eager to learn, with a proven track record of success in procurement or a related field.
  • Passionate about leading and developing individuals, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Previous management experience is highly desirable, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
