Drive New Business in Commercial and Multifamily Roofing

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on driving new business and expanding our footprint in the commercial and multifamily sectors.

Salary: $100,000+ (Base & Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Create and deliver accurate project estimates and detailed proposals.
  • Manage CRM activities to efficiently track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 3+ years in commercial or multifamily sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role with remote flexibility.
  • Travel required within the Chicagoland area.
