Role Overview

This role is a key part of the Network Distribution team, responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining accurate order processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and strong communication abilities.

The Corporate Account Specialist will work closely with various teams to develop price lists, update order guides, and identify potential issues with orders. This includes proactively addressing discrepancies and escalating items as necessary.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate price lists and order guides
  • Develop relationships with Category teams to support product assortment and substitution requests
  • Respond promptly to customer updates and requests
  • Provide web order entry support to customers

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems and with EDI transactions
