Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement small to medium-sized projects, or components of a larger project, under the direction of the Director, HR Systems Development and Analytics.
  • Manage team mailboxes and provide general customer service support to various stakeholders requesting assistance.
  • Refine and improve project management processes, identify patterns and trends in issues across multiple projects, and develop longer-term, systematic solutions to address them.
  • Research issues and make recommendations for improvement to the Director and Deputy Chief, Employee Services.
  • Build relationships and liaise with various internal departments to drive collaboration and project success, and interact with and respond effectively to urgent requests from multiple internal and external client stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 11 years of experience working in the IT field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a professional setting.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Suites.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce and QuickBase certifications.
  • Masters in Computer Science (desired).
  • Business process re-engineering experience.
  • Experience with custom and standard Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes.
  • Setting up visual screen flows, dashboards, and Lightning email templates in Salesforce.
  • Experience with EDA models and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
