Description :
Conduct thorough technical analysis and testing of Salesforce releases to validate and verify the entire application. Collaborate with systems analysts and developers to fully test application changes. Understand functional specifications and release scope to design robust testing harnesses. Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval from multi-database environments. Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems. Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and create test strategies. Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems. Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment. Responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements :
Detailed knowledge of Salesforce and ML applications. 3+ years of relevant testing experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce. 2+ years of relational database experience (complex queries, database connections, query automation). Experience in automated and manual testing in Cloud environments, particularly for AI/ML applications. 1+ years of experience with BDD/Selenium and any automation tools. Experience with Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to technology. Salesforce certification (preferred). Bachelor's degree (technical degree required).
