Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Project Financing, you will be responsible for managing the execution and implementation of over $3 billion in new loans for various infrastructure projects and associated portfolio companies. This role necessitates ongoing communication and collaboration with lenders, external advisors, and internal teams, as well as executives within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial modeling in collaboration with CIM Investments and Portfolio Oversight.
- Develop comprehensive information memorandums outlining potential project investments for prospective lenders.
- Analyze and compare proposals, presenting recommendations to the management team.
- Conduct market research related to infrastructure asset acquisitions and financing transactions.
- Ensure adherence to CIM Capital Markets policies, including lender outreach and due diligence processes.
- Participate in strategic meetings regarding capital market needs and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or finance, with a focus on M&A, project finance, or transaction consulting.
- Experience in various infrastructure sectors such as digital, renewable energy, and transportation is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills are essential.
